Dr. Kelly Joseph is a compassionate general dentist who was born and raised in South Florida. Her early life experiences inspired a deep commitment to dentistry and community health. She earned both her undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Florida, graduating in 2020 with a focus on preventive care and patient education. 

Motivated by her father’s journey as an immigrant who experienced significant tooth loss due to limited access to dental care, Dr. Joseph has made it her mission to help others preserve their smiles and prevent disease. She is especially passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships with her patients and empowering them through education. 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Joseph offers a wide range of services, including clear aligners, simple extractions, pre-molar and anterior root canals, prosthodontics, and IV or nitrous sedation. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending quality time with her family. Her dedication to hands-on care and genuine human connection shines through in every aspect of her work. 

Dr. Luis Guerrero is a highly skilled and dedicated dentist passionate about all aspects of dentistry. With over a decade of experience in the field, he has become known for his ability to provide comprehensive dental treatment to patients of all ages and his commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technological innovations in dentistry.

Throughout his career, Dr. Guerrero has held a variety of leadership roles, including serving as a preceptor in the Boston University and Arizona State University Dental School externship programs. He has also been recognized for his outstanding contributions to the field, receiving the prestigious Doctor of the Year award in 2013 at Gentle Dental.

For Dr. Guerrero, the most rewarding part of his job is helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. He takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with his patients and always goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Outside the office, Dr. Guerrero enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his son and dogs. He is fluent in English and Spanish and committed to providing personalized, high-quality care to patients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Dr. Urgiles is a passionate and dedicated pediatric dentist committed to providing exceptional dental care to children and ensuring their dental experiences are positive. Dr. Urgiles is a South Florida native earning her Bachelors in Chemistry from Florida International Univesity. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University and completed her speciality in pediatric dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. This intensive program equipped her with the knowledge and skills to address the dental health needs of infants, children, adolescents and the special healthcare need population.

As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Urgiles firmly believes in making dentistry a fun and approachable experience for children and their families. She empowers young patients by involving them in their dental treatment decisions. She recognizes that children have a voice and that their comfort and preferences should be respected.

When not at the clinic, Dr. Urgiles enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring outdoor activities, and spending time at the beach. She believes that creating a positive and enjoyable environment extends beyond the dental office, and she encourages children to maintain healthy oral habits at home.

Dr. Andrew Demos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Following college, Dr. Demos attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. During this time, he realized his passion and love for the specialty of Orthodontics.

While in school, Dr. Demos received several honors, including the Clinical Excellence Award in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and the Divisional Excellence Award in Behavioral Science and Oral Biology. After dental school, Dr. Demos completed his orthodontic residency at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics.

Dr. Demos prides himself on being highly skilled in all areas of Orthodontics, and his fondness for his chosen profession is matched only by the quality of his work. In addition to Orthodontics, Dr. Demos is well known for his care and compassion toward his patients.

Dr. Mark Kogan is a board-certified, dual-degree Oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing compassionate, state-of-the-art care to his patients. He focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment by thoroughly educating patients about their treatment options and helping them make well-informed decisions about their care.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey, Dr. Kogan earned his dental degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, where he graduated summa cum laude at the top of his class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Epsilon Honor Society. He went on to complete his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Rutgers University, during which he also earned his medical degree from the New Jersey Medical School and served as Chief Resident in his final year.

Throughout his training, Dr. Kogan gained extensive experience using the latest surgical technologies and techniques to deliver effective, precise, and comfortable treatment. He also participated in multiple mission trips, where he developed valuable expertise in cleft repair and further strengthened his commitment to helping those in need.

Dr. Kogan’s surgical interests include wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation, benign pathology with facial reconstruction, TMJ disorders, nerve repair, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma surgery. He practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and tailors each treatment plan to the individual needs of his patients.

A firm believer in collaboration and innovation, Dr. Kogan incorporates advanced tools such as virtual surgical planning to achieve superior accuracy and outcomes compared to traditional methods. He is a proud member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Jessica Riccobono is an experienced dentist specializing in general dentistry and endodontics. With expertise in root canals, retreatments, and root end surgery, she provides compassionate and high-quality care to her patients.

Originally from Florida, Dr. Riccobono completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish Literature. She graduated with honors from Boston University, earning her DMD degree in 2019. Driven by her passion for relieving dental pain and preserving teeth, she pursued advanced training at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry.

In addition to her general dentistry experience, Dr. Riccobono is an ABE board-eligible candidate actively involved in endodontic research. As a full-time endodontist in South Florida, she performs a wide range of procedures, including non-surgical root canals, retreatments, and endodontic microsurgeries. Her goal is to provide her patients the highest level of care and compassion.

Dr. Riccobono chose to join Sage because of its exceptional culture and the opportunity to provide her expertise in a familiar and comfortable setting for her patients. Returning to her hometown in South Florida has been a dream come true, allowing her to be close to her family, friends, and the beautiful tropical beaches.

Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Riccobono is a member of professional organizations such as the American Board of Endodontics, the American Dental Association, the Florida, Texas, and Colorado Dental Associations, and the American Association of Endodontists. Outside dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, biking, and playing pickleball.

Dr. Juan Mendoza is a highly respected periodontist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is known for his expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal (gum) disease, as well as in placing dental implants. He is dedicated to providing his patients with the highest quality of care and takes a personalized approach to treatment, ensuring that each patient’s unique needs and goals are met.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Mendoza is actively involved in continuing education and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology and the Florida Dental Association.

Outside of the office, Dr. Mendoza enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through outdoor activities like biking and hiking. He is also committed to giving back to the community and regularly volunteers his time and resources to local charities.
