Mark Kogan, DMD

Dr. Mark Kogan is a board-certified, dual-degree Oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing compassionate, state-of-the-art care to his patients. He focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment by thoroughly educating patients about their treatment options and helping them make well-informed decisions about their care.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey, Dr. Kogan earned his dental degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, where he graduated summa cum laude at the top of his class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Epsilon Honor Society. He went on to complete his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Rutgers University, during which he also earned his medical degree from the New Jersey Medical School and served as Chief Resident in his final year.
Throughout his training, Dr. Kogan gained extensive experience using the latest surgical technologies and techniques to deliver effective, precise, and comfortable treatment. He also participated in multiple mission trips, where he developed valuable expertise in cleft repair and further strengthened his commitment to helping those in need.
Dr. Kogan’s surgical interests include wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation, benign pathology with facial reconstruction, TMJ disorders, nerve repair, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma surgery. He practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and tailors each treatment plan to the individual needs of his patients.
A firm believer in collaboration and innovation, Dr. Kogan incorporates advanced tools such as virtual surgical planning to achieve superior accuracy and outcomes compared to traditional methods. He is a proud member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, and the American Medical Association.
