Alejandro Baez-Gutierrez, DMD

Dr. Alejandro Báez Gutiérrez is a board-eligible periodontist with a strong foundation in both general dentistry and specialized periodontal care. He earned his Biology degree and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Puerto Rico before completing a General Practice Residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Hospital in New York City. Following his residency, he practiced as a general dentist in Manhattan, where he strengthened his clinical skills and developed a deeper interest in periodontal health.

Driven by his passion for periodontology, Dr. Báez Gutiérrez pursued advanced specialty training at Nova Southeastern University, completing his periodontics residency in June 2024. His clinical approach emphasizes evidence-based, patient-centered periodontal and implant therapy, reflecting his dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

An active member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Florida Dental Association (FDA), Dr. Báez Gutiérrez remains committed to staying at the forefront of his field. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to connect with and provide exceptional care to a diverse patient community.
