Dr. Dustin Haller is a native of South Florida and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and a minor in chemistry. Dr. Haller started his career in education as a high school chemistry teacher. Continuing his education, he earned his doctorate in dental medicine from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Haller attributes his success in dentistry to his educational approach, “An educated patient will do what’s necessary to maintain their oral health.”

While in dental school, Dr. Haller met his wife, Niki, who is also a dentist. They have lived in Davie for over 10 years and spend their free time with their children, Penelope, age 4, and Benji, age 2.

Dr. Haller brings years of experience to our practice and delivers a range of services. He is also a Top Gold Premier ClearCorrect® Provider and continues to lecture to other dental professionals on the advantages of clear aligners and the benefits of orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Urgiles is a passionate and dedicated pediatric dentist committed to providing exceptional dental care to children and ensuring their dental experiences are positive. Dr. Urgiles is a South Florida native earning her Bachelors in Chemistry from Florida International Univesity. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University and completed her speciality in pediatric dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. This intensive program equipped her with the knowledge and skills to address the dental health needs of infants, children, adolescents and the special healthcare need population.

As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Urgiles firmly believes in making dentistry a fun and approachable experience for children and their families. She empowers young patients by involving them in their dental treatment decisions. She recognizes that children have a voice and that their comfort and preferences should be respected.

When not at the clinic, Dr. Urgiles enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring outdoor activities, and spending time at the beach. She believes that creating a positive and enjoyable environment extends beyond the dental office, and she encourages children to maintain healthy oral habits at home.

Dr. Scott Spencer graduated from Nova Southeastern University with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Upon graduation, he moved to western Pennsylvania to complete his orthodontic residency at Seton Hill University. There, he earned a certificate in Dentofacial Orthopedics and a Master of Science in Orthodontics. Dr. Spencer also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Turfgrass Science from the University of Florida, which continues to fuel his interest in horticulture.

Dr. Spencer is a member of the America Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Southern Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Spencer is also board-eligible, having passed the American Board of Orthodontics written exam.

A native Floridian, Dr. Spencer is happy to practice close to his hometown, Boynton Beach. He lives nearby with his wife, Heather, and their two boys, Cam and Blake. He enjoys coaching youth soccer and youth baseball. Dr. Spencer likes to fish and relax with his family in his spare time.

Dr. Paul Seider is a highly qualified and skilled oral surgeon practicing in the Fort Lauderdale area. He received his dental education at the prestigious Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where he excelled academically and gained extensive training in a variety of dental specialties. Prior to that, Dr. Seider completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Following his graduation from Dental School, Dr. Seider completed an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery internship at the world renowned Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. He then completed a 4 year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City where he was trained in the full scope of oral & maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Seider is a member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Florida Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, as well as the South Florida District Dental Association.
