Cancellation Policy

Sage Dental Cancellations

At Sage Dental, we understand that unexpected things come up and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient who may need care.

If we don’t receive 24 hours’ notice, or if a patient arrives more than 15 minutes after their scheduled time, a broken appointment fee may apply. This policy helps us ensure we can provide timely care to all of our patients.
